We stand by all of our items, and will rectify any situations that may arise. We do use hardwoods only to minimize the risk of damage. In the unlikely event that something happens to your piece, send us an e-mail and we’ll work to make it right.
However, we are not responsible for damage that occurs outside from our workmanship, for instance, improper cleaning (chemicals), toddler or child damage, typical wear patterns, etc.
